We have dedicated the past 26 years to providing our clients with the utmost in quality and service. We offer a variety of menus from casual to sophisticated to select form. All selections include plastic plates, forks, knives, napkins and serving utensils; cups are provided with beverages. We will be happy to help you create a delectable array of homemade dishes. These are made from only the finest and freshest ingredients.

At Chompie's only the finest products are used in the preparation of all our foods. Everything is homemade in our very own kitchen from recipes our Grandmothers & Great Grandmothers used!

The Paul Bunyan (Minimum of 12) Choose from homemade pancakes (blueberry or buttermilk) or french toast, served with your choice of bacon or sausage links and fresh fruit salad. The Scrambler (Minimum of 12) Scrambled eggs, with your choice of bacon, ham or turkey sausage.  Also served with home fries, bagels, butter, jelly, plain cream cheese and orange juice. The Southwestern (Minimum of 12) Farm fresh eggs scrambled with tomato, onion, bacon, ham, and cheddar cheese rolled into a fresh flour tortilla. Served with home fries, salsa and fresh fruit. Omelette Bar (Minimum of 12) Your choice of fresh vegetables, bacon, ham, cheddar and Swiss cheese All omelet’s cooked to order, served with home fries, bagels, butter, jelly, plain cream cheese, orange juice and a fresh fruit tray. Whole Poached Salmon Our poached salmon is very delicate & tasty.  This salmon is served with dill, cucumbers, black olives and onions and is the perfect addition to any celebration or corporate event.  Be sure to give this dish a try!

Chompie's very own giant bagel sectioned with hand sliced Nova lox and plain cream cheese, whitefish and chive cream cheese, baked salmon and veggie cream cheese.  Served with a delectable tray of black & green olives, tomatoes, red onions and cucumbers.

The Traditional (Minimum of 75)
