Chompie’s Celebrates the Jewish New Year with 6 Course Rosh Hashanah Dinner

Chompie’s, Arizona’s New York Deli, announces its annual dine-in six-course Rosh Hashanah Holiday Dinner to be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. to close, at Chompie’s restaurants in Scottsdale, Chandler and Paradise Valley.

Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins the evening of Sunday, September 13, 2015, and ends the evening of Tuesday, September 15, 2015.

Sometimes called the Feast of Trumpets, the traditional Rosh Hashanah dinner includes appetizers, entrees, sides, soups and dessert for only $29.99 per adult and $14.99 per child (10 and under). Chompie’s regular kids menu is not available during the Rosh Hashanah dine in event.

Reservations are strongly recommended. For all take out orders, please give your local Chompie’s 24-hours notice to ensure your order is ready for you.

The Rosh Hashanah take-out menu includes family meals that serve four or eight as well as a variety of dishes available a la carte. Whether you are feeding yourself, your whole family or a crowd, Chompie’s has you covered.

The Rosh Hashanah dine-in menu includes:

  • Fresh baked Challah and apples and honey
  • Appetizer Choices:
  • Gefilte Fish with Beet Horseradish or Chopped Liver with Red Onion Garnish

Soup Choices:

  • Chicken Soup with Matzo Ball
  • Beef Barley with Mushroom
  • Potato Choices:
  • Large Crisp Potato Latke with Applesauce
  • Roasted Potatoes with Caramelized Onions
  • Vegetable Choices:
  • Glazed Carrots – or – Old World Tzimmis

Entrees choices:

  • One-half Roasted Chicken with Savory Stuffing
  • Tender Braised Brisket of Beef with Pan Gravy
  • Steelhead Salmon Filet with Dill Butter
  • Roasted Breast of Turkey with Savory Stuffing
