Details, Terms and Conditions of Chompie's Rewards

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program rules.

• You must become a Chompie's Rewards member by completing  and submitting the enrollment form to accumulate and redeem Rewards Points.  See any Chompie's location or www.chompies.com for enrollment form.
• As a Chompie's Rewards member, every Chompie's visit earns you Rewards Points for every dollar you spend
• ($1 spent = 1 Reward point earned) when you notify your server or cashier that you are a Chompie's Rewards member and give them your phone number (your Chompie's Rewards account number). You will get $5 off your next visit for every 75 Rewards Points you accumulate.
• In order to receive Rewards Points, you must notify your server or cashier that you are a Chompie's Rewards member and give them your phone number (your Chompie's Rewards account number).
• The phone number you provide when enrolling in Chompie's Rewards is your account number. Only customers that provide their MOBILE phone number will receive the full benefits of Chompie's Rewards program.
• You must let your server or cashier know when you are ready to redeem Rewards Points.
• You can check your Rewards Points balance at www.chompies.com any time.
• Rewards Points will only be earned and can only be redeemed by the Chompie's Rewards member who pays the bill.
• Rewards Points redemptions may not exceed a value of $50 per visit.
• You will not receive Rewards Points on free items or discounted amounts.
• Chompie's Rewards Points are based on the check balance after any discounts and pre-tax.
• Chompie's Rewards Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards, online purchases, deliveries or catering.
• Chompie's Rewards Points may not be redeemed for catering, online purchases, or deliveries.
• There is no cost to participate in Chompie's Rewards Program.
• For a limited time, upon completion and submission of Chompie's Rewards enrollment form, you will receive 50 bonus - Rewards Points for signing up. This is subject to change at any time without notice.
• For a limited time, upon completion and submission of Chompie's Rewards enrollment form, you will receive a one-time bonus of 10 Rewards Points for signing in with Facebook. This is subject to change at any time without notice.
• For a limited time, upon completion and submission of Chompie's Rewards enrollment form, once you are signed in through your mobile phone number (your account number) you will have the option ("Post for Points") to refer the Chompie's Rewards program to your friends on Facebook. You will receive 10 bonus Rewards Points for each (up to 10 max.) of your Facebook referrals that signs up for Chompie's Rewards. This is subject to change at any time without notice.
• For a limited time, upon completion and submission of Chompie's Rewards enrollment form, once you are signed in through your mobile phone number (your account number), you will have the option ("Email and Earn") to refer the Chompie's Rewards program to your friends via email. You will receive 10 bonus Rewards Points for each (up to 10 max.) of these email referrals that signs up for Chompie's Rewards. This is subject to change at any time without notice.
• By participating in the Chompie's Rewards program, you have opted to receive e-mail from Chompie's  to notify you of Rewards, activities and promotions related to Chompie's.  We respect your privacy and will never sell your name or other confidential information.
• Chompie's can, at its discretion, modify the rules and rewards.
• Chompie's has the right to discontinue this program at any time.
• Chompie's Rewards Points may not be redeemed for cash and are not transferable to any other individual or entity.
• No Rewards Points will retroactively be applied.
• You will earn Rewards Points based on qualified items purchased.
• Rewards Points cannot be used until earned.
• Earned Rewards Points will not expire unless this program is terminated.  Special rewards received via e-mail may contain an expiration date.
• All Chompie's restaurant locations participate in the Chompie's Rewards program.
• In the event of technical difficulties, you will not be able to redeem Rewards Points but you will still earn points on your purchase.
• We reserve the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member's point balance and rewards if any unauthorized credits are earned or redeemed.
• Chompie's is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected or undeliverable email.
