My girlfriends and I recently ate at Chompie's during a business trip to Tempe. I had the Jewish Sliders, my friend had the Monte Cristo and my other friend had a corned beef sandwich. All of it was absolutely delicious and the corned beef sandwich was easily one of the best things I've ever eaten! I want to plan another trip to Arizona just so I can eat at Chompie's again.
