Chompie’s Tempe Location is Closed
Our Chompie’s brand bids farewell to one of our longest-standing locations: 1160 E. University Dr. Tempe, Arizona. For 25 years, this location was a popular dining destination and hang-out for the Tempe community residents, businesspeople, and ASU students.
The decision to close our Tempe restaurant was difficult. However, we determined it was the right move to enable the brand’s future growth. It is never easy to say goodbye to the people and communities we’ve served for many years.
Tempe, We’re Going to Miss You!
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the constant support of the community over the decades. We take great pleasure in becoming part of the communities in which we serve and are the go-to place where our guests come to celebrate big milestones and everyday occasions.
But this isn’t goodbye, it’s simply ‘see you around!’ We invite our Tempe regulars to visit our nearby Chandler location or check out our vibrant new flagship store in Phoenix (right off the 51 and Cactus Rd.), which features:
- A huge marketplace with grab-and-go items
- Full-service restaurant and bar
- Bakery hub
- Coffee roastery
We hope you’ll visit us there and bring Chompie’s home with you! Our sincere thanks cannot be expressed enough for being part of our lives over the past 25 years. Chompie’s Tempe will always hold a special place in our hearts — and so will our beloved regulars.
