Cutlery Kicks Cancer with Help from Chompie’s

Chompie’s and The Singleton’s team up to Help Those Suffering from Cancer Treatment

In the spirit of helping children in their Bare Necessities Drive, Chompie’s is offering their Kids Eat FREE special (age 10 and under) every day of the week from August 6th to 10th.

Chompie’s, and a local non-profit, The Singleton’s, are teaming up to help cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. People in the midst of undergoing chemotherapy typically have a metallic taste in their mouth as a result of treatment. Eating with plastic cutlery helps make their foods taste a little better. That is why Chompie’s is holding a Bare Necessity Drive that will be accepting donations of plastic cutlery for The Singleton’s to distribute.

The Singleton’s is an Arizona-based non-profit with a mighty vision. They are dedicated to nurturing single parents and children battling cancer. They do this by meeting the practical day-to-day needs of the entire family while providing hope for tomorrow. Their resources are based solely upon community support, so please donate plastic cutlery items starting
